Barnabas Program to Begin:
In the Barnabas ministry, persons, couples, Sunday school classes, or other small groups are matched anonymously with college students or military persons. During the school year, the Barnabas provides cards, words of encouragement, snacks/treats to the student/military person from September through May. In June, a reception is held to reveal the identity of the Barnabas to each student and military person.
If you wish to participate, you may sign up on the sheet in the Welcome Center near the youth area. You must sign-up if you are a student/military person seeking a Barnabas as well as those wishing to serve as a Barnabas. If you have any questions regarding this ministry, please contact Karen West at 724-746-2621, or at kwest3@verizon.net
