Your Spiritual Gifts

Have you identified your spiritual gifts with the Three Colors of Ministry survey and wonder what's next? Have you heard about the Three Colors Program, but been afraid to ask what it's about? We have news for you!

God has given each of us gifts to use to further his kingdom in this world. The Three Colors of Ministry evaluation provides a way to discover your gifts and determine how best to use them in ministry through your church. A small working team, formed by the Natural Church Development committee, is making plans for implementation of the Three Colors approach here at Trinity.

The implementation team also is working with the Natural Church Development Committee to plan further seminars and small group studies to help more people identify their gifts and find ways to contribute to the ministries of Trinity. We’ll keep you updated about this ongoing program and look for your suggestions on how we might best achieve the church's goals.
